Mini skips are great for small projects that we find ourselves carrying out through the year. Midi Skip Hire For The Projects That Require Extra Waste Removal.
Midi skips are the next size up in the range, these skips are popular with many customers who have been hard at work doing bigger projects such as a refurbishment of kitchen cabinets or re turfing a small lawn. The Midi skip is approximately twice the size but is only slightly more in cost, offering great value for money. A Midi skip is roughly 3.5 cubic yards
Maxi Skip Hire. In Between A Midi And A Builders Skip.
Maxi Skips are great if there is to much waste for a midi skip but the waste volume does not warrant having a builders skip at the extra cost. Maxi skips are only slightly more in price than a midi. Perfect for those larger jobs around the house. For example, when your garage or shed needs a good clear out and maybe the loft to! A maxi skip is roughly 5 cubic yards

Builders skips are about the size of an average family car. Builders skips are one of the favorite’s for our customers as they offer great value for money for the amount of waste you can squeeze in to them. Building projects, conservatories, large refurbishments and re laying driveways are all good examples of projects that demand builders skip size.
10yd – 14yd Skips are Huge For The Massive Ambitious Types.
These size skips are mainly for light waste material and are used on construction sites or maybe large conifers for example. You can save money by hiring one extra large skip instead of two builders. 14yd skips can stand over 6 foot tall!
Mansfield Skip Hire Do’s.
Here is a few pointers to remember before we finish our little lesson to help along the way. Once a decision is made to hire a skip and place it on the road, we will be required to get a permit which can take two days. Always fill the skip to the level and make it safe for our drivers to take on to the highway. The skip hire lasts for up to two weeks, but if a skip is required for longer just give us a call and we can re arrange the collection date of the skip with no extra cost as long it is within reason.
